Terms of Service
1. Services Provided
Divyansh Soni provides technical consulting, MVP sprints, and embedded engineering services. The scope, timeline, and deliverables of each project are defined strictly in the mutual service agreement prior to kickoff.
2. Client Responsibilities
To ensure a 14-day sprint or fast-paced delivery, clients are expected to provide necessary access, feedback, and assets within the agreed-upon timeframe. Delays on the client's end may result in project timeline extensions.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full and final payment, the intellectual property and code repository of the custom deliverables are transferred to the client, excluding any pre-existing proprietary boilerplate or open-source libraries used.
4. Liability
Services are provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the delivered software.
